Welcome to our booking process! To get started, please choose your room option and let us know how many people will be booking. Once we receive your choice, we will send you a payment link to confirm your reservation. Remember, your reservation is only confirmed once payment is made.
After payment
After payment, you'll receive detailed information about your retreat, including what to bring and how to prepare. The price includes meals, lodging, two yoga classes daily, one massage and walks and excursions on the beach. Please note that equipment rentals for kayaking or paddleboarding, extra massages (subject to availability), and transport to the location, including flights and travel or medical insurance, are not included. We will send you all add on options after your booking is porcessed. We look forward to welcoming you!

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM – Yang-Yin Yoga Class
Rebalance with active poses followed by restorative stretches.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM – Dinner
Enjoy a delicious, health-focused meal.
8:30 PM – Massage (Optional) One massage is included in your Stay
Unwind with a soothing Ayurvedic massage.
9:45 PM – Evening Meditation
End the day with a short, grounding meditation.
