What to Expect:

Yang Yoga (Active Phase):Experience a flowing sequence that focuses on strength, flexibility, and energy. The dynamic movements of Yang yoga will awaken your body, build heat, and leave you feeling invigorated.

Yin Yoga (Passive Phase):Transition into the stillness of Yin yoga, where poses are held for a longer duration to target the deeper connective tissues. This meditative practice promotes relaxation, flexibility, and a sense of inner peace.
